We have excellent opportunities for motivated, responsible customer-focused individuals that are looking to join a fast-growing company and industry leader. Due to growth, our Client has an immediate need for four (4) Customer Support Specialists.
The role of these individuals will be to serve as the primary customer contact for resolving customer inquiries relating to their product and providing analytical support and guidance. The Specialists will troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in the expected timeframe.
Responsibilities include:
* Evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail and e-mail requests for customer assistance.
* Log and track requests maintaining accurate history records.
* Provide information on the programs available based on the needs and desires of the customer.
* Keep current on all programs through in house training.
Qualifications include:
* Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with a variety of clients.
* Ability to organize and multi-task.
* Ability to focus on customer issues.
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be self-motivated
Required Technical skills:
* Proficient with MS Office
* Strong phone and keyboard skills with the ability to handle both simultaneously.
Education/Experience:
* High school diploma
* Customer service experience preferred.
