MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
When proficient, a CCR will possess good knowledge of company services in order to provide and obtain accurate information, explain and apply rules, policies and procedures and prepare clear and concise responses for customers and increasing sales. The function of a CCR is to provide customer service, specialized information and other related work as required by the position including but not limited to:
·Primary focus is to take inbound calls to assist customers with any and all their needs, questions or concerns.
·Secondary focus is to initiate outbound calls to reactivate past customers, be prepared to perform past-due balance recovery activities, inform customers of changed or discontinued products and increase sales.
·Plan for and rely on extensive experience as each call is received or initiated.
·Determine customer needs or purpose of their call and providing detailed information regarding the products and services available
·Research information beyond existing procedures as required to meet customer needs
·Work cooperatively with staff from own department and other departments to identify customer service problems, make recommendations, and plan and coordinate program and communication changes.
·Potentially provide service to hostile or angry individuals; resolve pending issues and concerns and rebuild the relationship with the customer.
·Meet or exceed department objectives
·Develop individualized payment plans for customer utilizing common sense based on customer’s personal situations and to overcome overdue balances.
·Maintain a high degree of confidentiality pertaining to customer situations
·Develop extensive product knowledge of what products are utilized for what level of incontinence individually for customers.
·Counsel customers by ascertaining their needs and recommending product and/or combinations of products to overcome their incontinence problems with absorbent products.
·Be prepared to offer products from the MOMS (Mail Order Medical Supply) catalog as customer’s needs are uncovered for ADL (Aids for Daily Living) products.
CCR will assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned including but not limited to:
·Assist Customer Care department and other departments’ personnel as needed
·Fill in as needed in other capacities of company as required or assigned
·Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
·Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
·Attend and participate in meetings as required
·Ensure that work area is clean, secure and well maintained
·Ability to work independently and within a team environment with ease.
